Complete refurbishment kit for Heidenhain ERN 1387 incremental rotary encoder, including 2,048 ppr code disk, collimator lens set with anti-reflection coating, replacement 850 nm LED light source, and 2-micron hub-alignment centering jig. Post-assembly disk checked on optical interferometric rig; gradient line centricity confirmed to ±1 µm tolerance. Suitable for spindle motor encoders on CNC machines (Fanuc, Heidenhain iTNC, Siemens SINUMERIK), linear servo motors and rotary axes of CMM measuring machines. Includes illustrated alignment instructions, shim washers and approved UV optical adhesive.
