Specialized repair of gas sensor modules (such as MQ series, electrochemical and NDIR), humidity, pressure, ultrasonic and accelerometer modules including restoration of signal conditioning circuits, amplifiers, A/D converters and digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART). Common faults include reduced sensor sensitivity, excessive noise, calibration errors and damage to the sensing element due to exposure to high concentrations or moisture. The process includes cleaning or replacement of the sensing element, recalibration with reference gases or physical standards and long-term stability testing.
